Marie-France Vignéras

Marie-France Vignéras (née Guého; born July 29, 1946) is a French mathematician. She contributed to number theory and algebraic geometry.

Vignéras graduated from the University of Bordeaux in 1972, and earned her doctorate in 1974. Her most important results include an extension of Gérard Laumon's proof of the local Langlands conjecture.[1] Vignéras was a fellow at Harvard University's Radcliffe Institute.[2]
